Complete sand property testing to ensure consistent mold quality and defect-free castings. Testing performed every shift.
Metal Laboratory
Chemical and physical properties testing. In-house spectrometer and microstructure analysis, tensile testing through certified external lab.
Load Test Machine
Destructive and proof load testing for critical components. Final safety verification before shipment according to customer specifications and standards.
